Dear Friends, Colleagues and Guests

Thank you for visiting our website to learn more about Expression Arts (for) Soul Therapy EAST. We are a group of traditional South Asian Artists who provide coaching and mentoring in the traditional Arts which includes Music Reading, Learning and playing (of instruments). It is my pleasure as the founder of Expression Arts for Soul Therapy to welcome you and provide a brief insight into the valuable work we do to help people from all backgrounds and especially children and young people. We want our music and arts culture to be a part of our future and young people are the talent ambassadors who will take this heritage forward, so it can be appreciated by future generations. Our sessions have a positive and uplifting effect on people of all walks of life, Music and the Arts are often used in our projects to provide positivity and nurture creativity within the individual.

By playing music and expressing yourself through the arts one can alleviate stressors and combat suppressed trauma by delving into the inner self and extracting it through expressive music, thoughts, moves and dance.

Expression Arts also provides vocational skills and an alternative conduit to young people from underprivileged backgrounds who may not necessarily encounter music or be able to learn or play music beyond the limits of their school and age. Our Community projects enable opportunities to all ages and we try to engage the hardest to reach so that they have an equal opportunity to participate in cultural arts whilst channelling their energies into positive and satisfying outcomes through participation and expression. We are here to help people express themselves and to revive their soul through music.

Please read on to discover how we inspire and improve lives and facilitate authentic cultural delivery of our programmes to an excellent standard. Our mentoring and cultural arts provision provides access to cultivating innovative vocational skills through music whilst preparing our mentees for more creative lifestyle, past time and through dedication a promising future.

With Best Wishes
